More than 120 thousand observers have directed to polling precincts through the whole country in the Uniform voting day on September 9, the chairman of Russian Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova has reported. According to her, the regional commissions have included more than 120 thousand people in lists of observers, the correspondent of Politika segodnya news Agency tells. Most of all observers have placed in the capital, the Moscow, Kemerovo, Rostov, Samara and Ulyanovsk regions, the chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation has specified. On Sunday, September 9, Russians in 80 regions of the country elect governors, deputies of Legislative Assemblies and City Councils. Have included about 65 million people in electoral registers.
