The political scientist has predicted results of the second round of elections of the governor in Primorsky Krai
Boundary results of vote on elections of the head of Primorye where the acting the governor Andrey Tarasenko has received less than 50% of votes, can be caused by the relation of citizens to changes in the pension legislation, but Tarasenko still can win in the second round. It was said by the political scientist, the head of the department of journalism and publishing business of School of the humanities of DVFU Victor Burlakov. The majority system when for a victory the candidate needs to receive 50% plus one vote acts on elections of the governor in the Russian Federation. Earlier in regional electoral commission have reported that Tarasenko after calculation of the majority of bulletins has collected 46,57% of votes, and the candidate of the CPRF Andrey Ishchenko — 24,64% of voices. Therefore the second round of vote will be soon announced. Burlakov considers that such result are connected with changes in the law on pensions, high percent at the candidate of the CPRF and the Russian Pensioners' Party for social justice (more than 10%) and low results from here at LDPR (9,27%) whose leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky supported pension reform. Therefore the protest electorate of LDPR has left to the CPRF and the Russian Pensioners' Party for social justice. However the probability of a victory in the second round of Tarasenko is still high. Ishchenko can look not bad, but no more, the political scientist has noted.
