Such opinion was expressed by the head of department Konstantin Noskov. The minister considers that the state has no "urgent need" now to interfere with process as there are no risks in questions of cancellation of network neutrality and lack of supervision. The present situation of Noskov arranges. However the politician considers that the question needs to be studied as there is a set of arguments of pros and cons. The principle of "a network neutrality" — the scheme at which providers of Internet services can't discriminate material or service and also to accelerate or slow down access to him. In Russia this principle at the state level isn't regulated.
