The head of executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States Sergey Lebedev said on October 10 that Ukraine refused participation of observers for the CIS at the upcoming presidential elections in 2019, TASS reports.
according to him, the executive committee received "the formal notice from the relevant structures of Ukraine".
